
Josele A. Finney
Josele A. Finney is the founder and principal owner of the Finney Law Firm. Ms. Finney was awarded her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School and earned a Masters Degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. She served as law clerk to the late Honorable Myron H. Gottlieb, Superior Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Finney is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a longstanding member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Supreme Courts. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.
Ms. Finney specializes in the design and implementation of complex tax specific estate plans for clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A significant portion of her practice also involves representing executors and trustees in estate administration matters, including post-death tax planning. Her counsel is likewise sought by closely-held business owners for general corporate and business matters, including preparation of business agreements of all types, business sales and acquisitions, and business succession issues. She also provides her individual clients with general personal tax advice.
Ms. Finney has lectured on a variety of estate planning and tax-related topics including wills and revocable living trusts, probate and estate administration matters, federal and state death tax planning, gift taxes, sophisticated estate planning techniques and business succession planning strategies.

Pauline C. Gebhardt
Pauline C. Gebhardt is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ms. Gebhardt received her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law, cum laude, where she was awarded the Fred H. Bolten Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Gebhardt served on the Villanova Law Review and, upon graduation, was inducted into the Order of the Coif legal honor society.
Ms. Gebhardt was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania* in 1993. She is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Gebhardt served as a judicial law clerk for Senior Judge George T. Kelton of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. After completing her clerkship, Ms. Gebhardt entered private practice in New Jersey, and for several years concentrated her work in the areas of general litigation, medical malpractice and products liability. In 2005, Ms. Gebhardt joined the Finney Law Firm and shifted her practice focus to estate and probate law. The firm’s clients seek her expertise in guiding them through all aspects of estate administration, from probate procedures and death tax filings to the distribution of estate assets and estate closing. Ms. Gebhardt also handles general corporate issues, real estate sales and acquisitions, contract review and other general business matters.
